Northgate New build construction of 67 student accomodation rooms.	51/53 Catherine Place Comprehensively refurbishing to provide modern office accommodation within a period building. External works include full repairs to all roofs, chimneys and gutters, full external decorations and Internal works included reconfigurations to remove non-load bearing walls and open up floor space and installation of a new lift core and stair case and more.
Five Fields Restaurant The Works comprised the formation and construction of a new basement to house the new kitchens, high quality restaurant at ground floor level and a private dining area occupying part of the first floor. Reconfigured and renewed residential space to the second floor and the remainder of the first floor. Externally, a new roof layout with a new mansard construction was formed to house the services installations. The facades of the building were also retained and refurbished. Munstead Place A Grade 2 listed 3 storey house consisting of basement and two floors above with covered swimming pool and associated surrounding grounds and out buildings The Works included the complete refurbishment of the listed property with extensive external works and new outbuildings within the grounds.
